Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Eligible Items for Return
- Sunglasses and prescription glasses in original condition
- Items with original packaging and protective cases
- Products with all tags and documentation attached
- Unworn items without scratches or damage
Non-Returnable Items
Please Note:
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Prescription glasses (custom-made items)
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Products returned after 30 days
- Items without original packaging or documentation
- Customized or personalized eyewear
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping label
- Package items securely with original materials
- Ship using the provided prepaid label
Refund Processing
Processing Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

- Items lost in return transit are not our responsibility
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and availability of your desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
International Returns
